LIKE A BIRD.

Yesterday I went to Düsseldorf with a friend. We immediately went to What's Beef, a burger restaurant, which is especially known for their selfmade lemonade and bomb looking shakes. I remember the first time I went there, when I had one of their selfmade lemonade. Damn, that was tasty. This time we ordered sweet potatoe fries. I have the feeling, that I always order sweet potatoe fries, even if I have the chance to try something new. However, it can never go wrong. After that, we went to Forever 21, which is well-known in the US. I think in Germany it's also more common now. I bought two really really cute tops, I can't wait to post them! Oh and if you're wondering about the heading. I feel like a bird, happy and free. Even if I still need to get some motivation letters and one term paper done, THIS feels good.

BAKERY MY HEART VS. BAKERY TAKA!

 

Hey meine Lieben!
Ich war mit einer Freundin in Düsseldorf und habe diese zwei tollen japanischen Bäckereien entdeckt! Bakery My Heart und Bakery Taka. Ich sehe solche Gebäckläden ja eigentlich nur in Asien ^o^ Bei Bakery My Heart ist an sich größer als Bakery Taka. Man hat dort eine größere Auswahl an asiatischem Gebäck und es besteht, anders als im Bakery Taka, die Möglichkeit sich ein Tablett zu nehmen und sich dort mit Freunden an eines der vielen Tische hinzusetzen. Bakery Taka hat beispielsweise gibt es dort keine Muffins mit roten Bohnen, jedoch bietet der Verkäufer japanische Snacks an, die es beim BMH nicht gibt. Preislich gesehen sind beide Läden gleich und liegen im Rahmen bei 1-5€, wobei ich sagen muss, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top ist, da die Sachen spitze schmecken! Die Bäckereien sehen auf den Bildern nicht so überfüllt aus, wie sie eigentlich sind, da meine Freundin und ich dort nachmittags waren. Ich empfehle euch schon spätestens mittags dort zu sein, damit ihr die komplette Auswahl mit eigenen Augen sehen könnt. Ich bevorzuge in dem Fall BMK, da man dort einfach viel mehr zur Auswahl hat. Besucht jedoch beide Läden, die sind nicht weit voneinander entfernt, und es lohnt sich!! Unten seht ihr nochmal die Links zu den Hompages der beiden Läden!

My friend and me visited two awesome japanese bakeries in Düsseldorf! Bakery My Heart and Bakery Taka. I usually just see bakeries like that in Asia ^-^ Bakery My Heart has a bigger sample and  you can sit yourself down with some friends, while eating the pastries. Bakery Taka doesn't offer that much pastries, but it sells japanese snacks, which aren't that easy to find! Pricewise, both bakeries sell their pastries around 1-5€, but it's totally worth it because they taste divine! By the way, there are usually more pastries, my friend and me just arrived too late. I prefer BMK because of its bigger sample. However, try to visit both bakeries, they aren't that far away from each other. You can find the homepages below!

Morgen eröffnet ein neuer Forever 21 Store um 9 Uhr in Düsseldorf! Die ersten 300 Kunden bekommen einen Gutschein im Wert von 21€, der in allen Forever 21 Stores in Deutschland einlösbar ist.
